Why we're asking We need to confirm that your 10‑digit ID number matches the birthdate we have on file for you. This prevents someone else from guessing your 10‑digit ID and using it to create an account in your name. Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

Trying to activate an org account ?

You should receive an email from ITS Customer Service Center <consult@usc.edu> within the next few minutes.

When you receive that message, copy the confirmation code and paste it below, then set up your new password.
